Immediate Positions
Manufacturing Engineer
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and costs.
- Works with Design Engineering during product development phase to ensure end product can be manufactured efficiently and are capable.
- Calculates production cycle times, run rates, capacity utilization, staffing requirements, and labor costs related to a program or project.
- Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other production processes.
- Uses statistical methods to improve yields and develop new processes.
- Analyzes both product and production issues to determine root cause of problems.
- Implements corrective and preventive actions.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field or equivalent is highly desired
- 3-5 years experience in an engineering role or equivalent
- Knowledge of SMT, through-hole and related processes
